I got lost today. Well I kinda did. I went for a walk in Rushcliffe Country Park again after lunch and took a different turn, and ended up going down a track that never seemed to end. I eventually came across a map which told me where I was, and if I carried on it would have taken me a good couple of hours just to complete the circuit! So, I thought it best to turn around at that point.
Just before I took this detour I took a couple of photos of the swans that reside in the lake, which is something I also did on day 17.
I've not done much editing to this photo; I increased the clarity, cropped it ever so slightly and added a vignette.
The Nottingham Mela is on this weekend. The Mela is a celebration of Asian music, dance, art and culture. It's not usually something that interests me despite my Indian background, but I might pop along to some of the events to take some snaps.
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.
