It's half-time in the Arsenal vs. Barcelona match, so I'll be fairly brief. Because of the football I've not spent much time on today's shot; I just took a photo of some drops of water on a CD using the reverse macro technique.
You may remember that I tried something similar the first time I attempted the reverse macro technique, way back on day 112 ( http://365project.org/vikdaddy/365/2010-09-05). You'll notice if you view that photo that I've become much better at utilising this technique to yield interesting results, as today's shot is more 'polished'.
Today marks exactly three months until this project ends. Knowing there's just a quarter remaining has made me realise that I simply cannot give up now, despite having some thoughts of doing so recently. I'll just need to be a bit more creative in the confines of my home, trying shots like today's to fill the gaps between the proper shoots.
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.

Fantastic result! love the vibrant colours. Know what you mean about doubts of continuing. It's very time consuming ...and I'm only 2/5 the way through. Glad you have got a strategy to stick around. I really enjoy your work - you are one of the pros - the people that not only produce excellent work but know what they are talking about.
I just had great fun playing about with water on a cd thanks to this great picture - I don't have a macro lens, but I really love the colours, shapes and reflections that i got - thanks!!!
