Chichester Cathedral

A continuation of my Monday walk. The distance from the point were I am stood to the cathedral is approx 5.7 miles.
Although everything still looks very green there is a hint of autumnal colours in the tree tops. Not the clearest of days but a view none the less.

If I'm not mistaken, this scene has been captured in many famous paintings. It really is lovely, no matter how it's captured.

@theredcamera thank you Ellen. I think Salisbury Cathedral is the one in many famous paintings as you can see it across the water meadows whereas Chichester cathedral is not so clearly visible.
