Some asked last week how I set up for water droplet photography. Fortunately I have a utility/laundry room. I have put a foam backing board over the window and use various backup lighting. A bag of fluid is suspended from a rod and a hole is pierced into the bag to release a drop. I have recently used powdered milk made into solution 1 generous tbsp to half pint water.
The cloth is at had to wipe away unwanted water. I use a shallow dish filled with water.
There are various YouTube clips to follow but here is one. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bUI_OiNPC6Y
Quite pleased with my water crown today.
This has been trial an error - a real trial, lots of errors but fun all the same.
Very nice. I’ve done this before with a similar “Heath Robinson” set up. Very much trial & error, but so exiting when you do get what you have been hoping for!
