A flock of sulphur crested cockatoos were having a ball raiding my brother's fruit trees. They heard me open the gate & they took to the air. Truly amazed with this capture, I have never had a bird fly so close for my 300 to get so much detail. There is no crop here, just lightened it a little
Hi Wendy, this is an absolute stunner of a photo - and a fav for me!
You and I are get-pushed-36 partners, so could I challenge you to get me a photo of a kangaroo? I have been looking through your album but haven't seen one there!
@janturnbull Yes I know!! I will try very hard I may have to go to a wildlife park for that one.The kangaroos are out numbered by wallabys around our place. Thank you, Janet
@janturnbull Oh no, it is a terrific challenge. There is a national park not that far from home & a kangaroo has been on my list. Like to catch animals in their natural habitat, will we see what the week brings
I Love it ... Perfect Focus and Great timing ... I wanna Roooo ... LoL ... Think they would let ya ship one over here to Me ... LoL ... Peace to You My Friend ... FAV
@lonewolfman Thank you, I reckon we could try & get away with it. I was watching a show on this guy in the outback where he brings up orphan joeys & has a sanctuary where they thrive to adulthood, beautiful animals
This is a wonderful shot and a Fav!!! We have a common old triton but we love him because he is such a cuddly friendly bird. So nice though to see this one flying in the wild. it is a spectacular capture
