My daughter and grandchildren took me out for the day with a lovely lunch sitting outside in the garden and a ride around the countryside. My first trip using a wheelchair as I am in a lot of pain with my knee and so very slow trying to walk. Trying to take photos whilst in it was quite awkward and restricting but I managed to take a few.
Fun family shot! One Christmas before I had my knee surgery, we took our son and his family to the Knoxville Zoo. Since it was quite hilly they insisted I use a wheel chair. The most frustrating thing for me was that Jeff would park the wheel chair and walk off so I was stuck taking pictures from one spot! I finally started saying, "Don't go away!" I'm really glad you were able to get out though- it's not good to stay cooped up inside all the time. You have a beautiful family!
Such a lovely family shot . and so wonderful to have a day out - I agree photography from a chair or buggy can be so restricting and frustrating at times - but you did well with this !
