My Granddaughter had a day baking last week and produced each of us a plate of treats for Mothers Day. I was so pleased she had thought of me and she spent her only day off doing what she loves when she is very busy having just started a nursing degree.
Although I have not been well and with no appetite I did manage to get through it as the week progressed. After resting my painful limbs all this week and new medication I have started to be more mobile and with less pain and swelling in my hands. Will still be taking things easy but pleased to get back on the computer again . Hoping you are all keeping well have a lovely weekend.
Chocolate dipped strawberries soaked in alcohol, chocolate lolly stick brownie cake, chocolate chunk cookies, scone, Creme brulee, macarons and a purchased waffle.
My goodness that looks delicious!! What a thoughtful granddaughter you have. I'm glad to hear you're having some improvement too. You have been in my prayers.
