November word- Muffins.
During my visit to the hospital yesterday I went to the costa coffee shop in the foyer to wait the one hour for my prescription of magic pills. I enjoyed a hot chocolate with marshmallows and a most delicious blueberry muffin well it passed the time.
@beryl Thankyou Beryl so do I but have to build them up slowly over a month first.Then blood tests every month to keep an eye on everything. Thank you very much for commenting always appreciated.
