Amaryllis

My daughter & her husband gave me an amaryllis bulb (kit) for Christmas. The last time someone gave me one of those, it didn't do well at all. So I am quite thrilled that this one has three blossoms so far and is thriving!!

You should really try RAW. I bet you could really get that red to pop!

@jwlynn64 - I only have "Aperture" on my laptop for any editing, so I don't think I'm ready for RAW. Baby steps for this girl!!

You should have a copy of Digital Photo Professional that came with your camera. You can do quite a bit with RAW images with it. How long have you had your 7D?
