I was given the task at our last investment group meeting of finding a Ken doll & a Barbie doll to be our travelling mascots photographed where ever & when ever any of us go on holidays. As there are 12 of us in the group we needed two because our holidays always seem to be overlapping.
Anyway, never one to refuse a challenge, it was off the the op-shop today...after a full day shopping I found these two & thought they were just perfect for each other :)
Kind of sad to think they are probably destined to never actually holiday together. Ken will be flying of to Bali in a weeks time for some fun in the sun & Barbie is heading off to Melbourne soon for some retail therapy.
@dechris sorry Deanna, somehow I missed your comment. But I must tell you, they went to Bali together just recently & had a ball, though the rumour is that Barbie got up close & personal with Spiderman while she was there & even bought him home with them.
