Frost ON the Icicles!

It's been foggy here all last night and all day today... I have taken lots of frosty photos but when I noticed this oddity, I decided it was unusual enough to post!

Such a find -and so amazing -- when cold meets the cold ! you should have let us guess what it was !! my thought was an inverted photo of cacti !!
