Today was my birthday — happy birthday to me! Ande and I did a full day of things that make me happy. We started with breakfast/lunch at the Maplewood Kitchen. Then, we went to the sunflower field at Cottell Park to take photos. Next, we went to Duluth Trading because Ande had never been to that store. We continued shopping at IKEA and walked through looking at couches. Then, we visited the Kitty Brew Cafe where we split a fruit smoothie and played with the kittens — there were 36 cats today! Next, we went to the Cincinnati Art Museum and saw Part II of the Burning Man exhibit. (We saw Part I on our anniversary in May.) We stopped by home for an hour to rest up then went to Bonefish for dinner. We topped it off with a free birthday sundae at Graeter's which we brought home and split so we could watch The Sixties, part of The Movies series on CNN. Needless to say, I fell asleep on the couch. It was a perfect day to start out my 61st year. 😃
