Today was a baking day. I bought two red Emile Henry pie dishes a couple weeks ago and filled one with apples and sugar for Cassie. I'll bake one for Celese later in the week since I see her on Saturday for my mani/pedi. They both make me beautiful every month I thought it was the least I could do to bake them each a beautiful pie. I hope they love them!!
