Is Jack Supposed To Be On The Kitchen Counter?

Jack always seems to be where he's not supposed to be lately. How can I scold him when he looks so cute???

I'm not sure, because mine is the same. I think we may have the same type of cat. Mine has is all black with that same bit of white hair on the chest. Her name is Bucket.
