Mother Duck and the Seven Ducklings

Poor little ducklings had a hard time swimming amongst all the weed. They were walking across it at one point. I felt like a duck today. My husband managed to flood our bathroom, we've discovered after living in this house for 7 years that the overflow pipe isn't connected. Water running out through the downstairs ceiling lights.

Scary happenings - not to mention messy to clean up. Guess the ducklings weren't the only ones dealing with messy situations. They're awfully cute. Hope things get back in order quickly.
