Missed posting these yesterday. Had a traumatic finish to my day. My oldest cat Minnie, had what I can only describe as a stroke last night. I spent most of the night sat with her, as the nearest emergency vet clinic is an hour drive, which we decided would be even more traumatic for her. Fortunately she seems back to herself this morning, b. I'm pretty sure she's nearing the end of her life, as she is already starting with renal failure. I have a horrible feeling, this could end badly today.

It seems we will be able to manage the symptoms, sounds like she may have a brain tumour as well as the kidney failure. The vet expects the kidneys will be more of a problem than the fits she's having Not nice to see, but she's not in pain or discomfort. She's still eating and drinking, so it seems we have a reprieve
I'm so sorry to hear about your Minnie, our cat has the same name and is starting to show her age. It's so hard when they're not well, hope she stays with you for a while longer.
