The Strand Arcade is from a bygone era and is one of the oldest arcades in Auckland, it dates back to 1910. When I first moved to Auckland 21 years ago, the arcade seemed quite upmarket. Not so much these days, which seems a shame
What a beautiful Arcade. We used to have one of these in Aberdeen, but it exists no longer. I think the John Lewis building sits on the former site. Lovely shot.
