Completely out of my comfort zone. Portraiture. As part of our course we have to have two portraits for a portfolio, but we're not allowed to use anyone we've used before. I was running out of ideas who to ask, when I thought about Mikayla. Her husband runs our local boxfit classes, and she kindly agreed to pose for me. Haven't quite nailed the focus on this one, but I really like the pose. She's a feisty woman, despite her princess look - and mother of four!
