No need to comment, I'm just having a rant! The council are putting a footpath in next to our property. We came home from a long weekend break to find they'd put this pipe in, and dug a trench between our fence and the bank onto the kerbside. No brainer that the water will divert straight into our paddock. We have been in touch with them to tell them this. Today I have been able to give them proof. The alpacas are now grazing by a river, there shelter is a swimming pool, and our shed is in danger of being flooded. I'm not an engineer, but even I could see this isn't going to work
