Coronation Quiche Ingredients

We were invited to go and watch the Coronation at friends tonight, so I decided to make the Coronation Quiche this morning. Fortunately I have tarragon growing in the garden as it's one of my favourite herbs. It smelt nice as I took it out of the oven, so hope it goes down well tonight

Just about to make it now, unfortunately, I cannot get tarragon.

@yaorenliu Yes, its difficult to get here. Whenever I see any in the garden centre I buy it. I have three growing - has to be French tarragon too. They try to fob you off with Russian tarragon here, which has no flavour.

I can see you use soybean too, I cannot get broad bean. Never done Quiche in my life, not even like it. Just for fun.

@yaorenliu Yes, I read somewhere you can substitute soy beans. I'm not that fond of broad beans. Had the choice of both, but both frozen.

Well your ingredients look good enough for a cookery book….hope it tastes delicious! I made the Queens trifle but had no inclination to make this quiche…..my niece made it so haven’t heard how it tasted yet!
