For me the interesting part of the photo are the boat, the birds and the pink sea. Therefore, personally I'd crop off most of the dark bit at the bottom - I can't see reflections or hardly any detail on my screen. (If you're not sure hold your hand up in front of it as though it was being cropped.) I'd just leave a fairly thin bit of dark rocks at the bottom. But, remember I'm no expert so I'm probably not saying what's technically correct, it's just what I'd do.
It looks good as it is, I can also see two more images.
One is cropping just below the sandbar with the birds on & above the bird flying in. Makes the sandbar with the birds the foreground interest.
And the other is cropping out the rocks in the foreground with just a tiny bit of rock on the right showing. It then makes the kingfisher & the shag the foreground interest.
