In the afternoon the sun came out, so we went to Zealandia. 10 minutes from central Wellington, ZEALANDIA is home to some of New Zealand's most rare and extraordinary wildlife - all thriving wild in a world-first protected sanctuary. Truly an amazing place. So lovely to hear birdsong in the native bush, rather than the usual silence. Loved it!
