Had just arrived home from work and the day had brighten so was having a walk round the garden, when this little guy landed quite loudly on the garden shed and got my attention. Loved the little tufts on his head and back. Quite a chubby little guy.
Sweet capture -- so many fledglings trying their wing for the first time and some crash landing -- given the chance they will get it right with a little practice !!! FAV
Nice capture of him, they are amazingly fluffy looking when small. I had a little fledgling on the patio trying to flutter his wings and escape from me. I wondered if he had fallen out of the nest. He scrambled into the bushes, so fingers crossed,
