Bambi 2

It was meant to be I guess..... nothing but Deer shots today! I ran into deer in two different locations, each with 2 young deer. This one was just laying in the snow a short distance from the road...I was afraid maybe he'd been hit and was injured but I soon noticed another young deer standing to the side of him. We turned around to see if he was ok and I took a couple of shots from inside the truck but when I opened the door he got up and they both took off running, then jumped a nearby fence, disappearing from sight. I was relieved he was just tired and not hurt!

Nicely framed. i also like the twigs/tiny branches-did you add those. If not you did a great job of focusing on the deer. The manual focus on my camera would have certainly wanted to focus on the twigs. Very nice shot!

our town is overrun by deer at this time of year too, lots of people feed them, so you have to be on the lookout on major streets. It is still magical to me, each time I see them
