Last night we looked outside here in Elk Grove (Sacramento County) but saw nothing even after driving around our neighborhood. We gave up.
Later I was scrolling through Facebook and a friend posted they saw it and someone in Sacramento as well. I went outside and watched it start happening from our backyard. It was not as beautiful as what others saw but was what I saw through my cell phone.
