I'll start;
My resolution is to hopefully regain that desire to get out more this year and expand my skills in seeing more photo opportunities that I, more than likely, have overlooked in the past years. Particularly in the macro and abstract categories.
I came across an article on ePhotozine asking the same question. The article included seven ideas for kicking off a new year of photography. Here is a link to the article if you are looking for some incentive.
@skipt07 Thanks for the article. My goal is to rely on fewer photos taken just so I have a photo for the day and have more with some thought behind them. Off to read that article
Thanks @skipt07 for the post and the article. I have two photo resolutions:
—I want to think more about what I photograph, spend more time rather than just responding in the moment;
—I am so impressed by the processing skills on display her on this site that I want to learn more about processing and editing especially in Photoshop.
I have a few:
-Learn my new camera
-Grow in consistency and see this 365 Project through this year
-Continue to shoot and learn to look at things differently and more creatively
-Shoot something I want to get professionally framed to put on my wall!
@ankers70 - There are plenty of helps for Photoshop editing on YouTube. This new Photoshop Beta gives you options that used to take hours to accomplish.
@emrob - I don't know about you, but I learn easier watching someone do something than reading a book. Although, books are helpful. I'm sure if you do some research you will be able to find photographers that use your camera or one similar that can offer tutorials that can help you progress faster.
