Thanks to everyone who took the time to enter this round of the architectural challenge – ‘All about the Light’. I asked members to concentrate on the lighting in this round of the challenge. Whether interior or exterior, make the buildings the stars with the use of lighting.
So here are seven entries I have chosen for your voting pleasure. I could not reduce them any further! Each of them uses light to show the character of the architecture. They are posted in the order in which they entered the challenge.
You know the routine! Please place the number of your vote in a comment box below. Voting will close on Wednesday, April 24th.

The low key effect with the sole light gives the building a dramatic and imposing look

The focus of this shot is definitely on the light streaming through the domed glass ceiling.

The natural sunlight streaming through the glass roof allows the abundance of tropical plants to thrive in this outdoor mall.

The stark lighting gives this shot a very industrial look.

The harsh light of this long hallway emphasizes the immense size of this warehouse

The soft light streaming through the glass roof gives an inviting look to an otherwise commercial setting.
