Wonderful walk this morning exploring along the shores of our lake out to the limestone cliffs. You can only get out there walking on the shoreline at this time of year before the lake rises.
An interesting fact: our local library was built in 1910 and was designated a heritage building, it was built by Americanphilanthropist Andrew Carnegie, built with local limestone quarried on our lake Temiskaming’s Burnt island.

That would be really cool to do something like this that you can only do at certain times of the year. Looks like a great place to explore and photograph!
