the afternoon sun's light bathes the north half of the building, but not the south half as the shadow of the building across from mine totally obscures the sunset from their view. the only plus, hopefully, that the other half enjoys is a beautiful view of the skyline and the lake. from where i am, i only see a sliver of the lake and it is most beautiful when the sky is clear.
