I'd really like to know more about how this was taken/set up. I'm confused by the 'orb/drop'. Is it actually 'there' or 'ps'? What is in the reflection in the orb?

@lisatown there is no PS in this shot. The orb is there on the dandelion seed. The refraction as well as the bokeh is a Christmas tree that I have been repeatedly asked to pack away :)
I have shot this with a 100mm macro lens combined with two extension tubes
