Abhijit would you be willing to share set up info? I have been trying unsuccessfully for months.....I see it shows your exif at 100m how is the lens to the drop? is there a preferred angle? how close is the clock? How to you make the drops? Thank you if you have time and are willing to respond!

I also note your shutter is 1/250 which is not super fast...is that important I think I have been trying at 1/1000 or higher.....Thank you!

I used 100mm macro lens. fully extended. the drop was about 6cm from the lens. f10, iso 200. on camera flash at around 1/8th power. exposre set to continuous. used a syringe to drop into a glass bowl filled to the brim. camera horizental. clock about 30cm away from the setup. all other lights also turned on.
took around 100 shots. got about 6 usable, this being the best.
dropped continuously with right hand, kept the shutter pressed with the left. focussed with live view by putting the syringe where the drop was going to be. leaving it on manual settings on lens and camera
