The most interesting day in #Thailand so far. Got stuck in a political rally while moving hotels. After double the taxi fare and skirting the city, finally arrived at the awesome Arun residence on the river, a renovated river bungalow. Got upgraded to a suite. Loving the view, the ambience and the food.
A great silhouette, with the light on the water adding foreground interest and the exposure of the sun well controlled in the sky. Although it does not distract from the beauty of the image, next time ask them to take the scaffolding down before you take your picture.
Awesome view! Nice that you were able to get some colour into that river, I have never seen such black water as when we were here. I was hoping our boat wouldn't sink! Fav.
Wat Arun is one of my very favorite temples in Bangkok! If that is your view everyday from your hotel room you have it made! Glad you are staying on the river....we found that to be a good way of avoiding the city traffic...
