Time to 'Face the Music'

'Face the Music'

The Cambridge Dictionary describes the idiom as meaning “to accept responsibility for something you have done.” Commonly used in situations in which one has to face the consequences for their action.

In this case I have to face the consequences of being an ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) fan!!!

Hopefully there will be others who have the same 'acquired ' taste!
All hail Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood. I too am a closet ELO fan. I say closet because back in the day most of my friends scorned the band. Those albums in your photo. I had ‘em all. Since viewing your image I’m thinking of all my favourite ELO tunes and I Can’t Get It Out Of My Head.

@cdcook48 Glad to hear it. Lots of people don't realise Roy Wood was a founder member although he left early on. ELO have done some great songs over the years but I really love 'Fire on High' as it is very different.
