Ok, it's a bit of a stretch, but I was struggling with this challenge word, and I want to share this pic, so here's a tree 'costumed' in corellas and cockatoos. Just after I got home from work I heard a lot of squawking and squeaking from outside. Looking out of the window we saw a cloud (the best word for it) of white parrots fly over to land in the huge tree next door. I was too slow to get an in-flight shot, but see how many birds you can see in this pic (then triple it and you're probably getting closer to how many are really there!)
@ubobohobo Your tree sounds very cute :) After some clambering, preening etc. the birds moved into the trees across the road, and have now roamed off elsewhere, probably to the local park where they like to hang out.
@cfitzgerald I'm going to try the 'found alphabet' challenge with @olivetreeann - I just have two treasure hunt words to finish off first (funny and Moon - could be tricky!)
Nice stretch for the word- but then, aren't we supposed to be creative here? I like how you made something unusual work for the word- and it truly must have been a sight to see! I'm back in town now and must get to work on my alphabet challenge. Nothing like starting your own challenge late!
