It's a new year. A clean slate. A chance to make changes and be better.
Here are some of my goals for the year.
Do you have any good ones?
A funny thing today is we went out for donuts. It's our one last winter break hoorah. But it's ironic because we are putting our new year's resolution to eat better on hold. One more donut binge;-).
@shesnapped Here is my new beginnings take. Happy for a new year. 2016 was a rough year at times, though all in all a good one. Hoping that 2017 is a little smoother, though.
Good list. My motto is enjoy each day as though its the last its the last as im certain its the everyday details that matter not the "big" things. See the magic and blessings in the everyday mundane.
Well, you've sussed the 'smile BIG' already! Nice list. Love it and your photo ... I'm afraid I don't have a list but I can adhere to most of your ideas, except possibly dancing in Carrefour. The French would have me carried off by the men in white coats! LOL!
A great list Amanda and I am sure you will able to achieve all this but I suspect the little devil in you will come out one day when you can not longer resist dancing in the grocers -- but no waltzing into the displays please !! :)
Good for you for writing this list. Thats what this blackboard is for! So you won't forget. I think smiling is the best of them all! By the way, I only dance in the grocery store if they play dance music!
This is a great list; good luck with them. We've just done a list of last year's accomplishments - can be as big or small as you want them to be. A photo a day for a year was one of mine! Happy New Year to you and your family.
That Smile Big, you do that every single day, NATURALLY! You have a most contagious smile, Amanda. Inspirational To Do list for 2017. I could make your list my own and be a better person for it.
Cute shot and great goals. I haven't made any resolutions yet for this year. I guess I should but probably won't be able to keep them but yours are definitely something to aspire to.
how curiously specific that the grocery store should be a target for your joyous dancing - does it have particularly wide aisles, a disco ball or nicely shockable and shakable clientelle? :o)
That´s awesome list, works for me too....except that dancing in the grocery store, I don´t think the world is ready for that just yet :) Happy new year, may it be all you wish for.
@susale@gozoinklings The original plan was to dance often, then I changed it to in grocery store to be more specific. The other day at Walmart I danced and took a selfie. My kids were confused...what is she doing?
What a fabulous list !!!!! and not many people dance in the grocery store LOL take it from me having worked in one for 34 years. Would have made me smile though. How did the NYE party go?
@lesip It was a good time. Rather crazy with lots of little kids, but really nice, too. After the fact we got some game tables (foosball and air hockey) that will be good for the next party. Mike is the one who wants to entertain, me not so much, but I am happy we did it afterwards!
Extreme color sounds good!
