Every week, I take a day to cook dinner for the family. So I've been researching some quick and easy meals and came across this one for Salsa Chicken. Basically you sautéed 6 chicken breasts in the pan over medium-high heat on each side for about 8 minutes. Then after adding 2 cups of salsa to the pan, you cook through until it's done. Toped with extra salsa from the pan and served over rice it was super delish. My sister even made some awesome cheese biscuits too. It was great to be chef for the day. (:=3
