Old boots sit outside our front door....
H's first pair of proper work boots,
My favourite, worn-out pair of elastic sided boots
..... and a pair of Greg's boots that sit, waiting for their master who will never wear them again....

This is a great shot. I just wantto say that I've read you bio and it is very emotional. I've read you're Ph.D in botany : I am doing a Ph.D in pharmacology and I study medicinal plants. Good luck with your PhD Aurelie ... it is a huge undertaking. Medicinal plants are very interesting - there was a group in Atherton CSIRO looking at Australian native plants' medicinal properties when I was there....
My personal favourite is Duboisia and its commercialised drug "Buscopan" - fantastic for relieving stomach cramps :)
