This afternoon we had our Christingle service.
Dawn, who made all the Christingles, wasn't able to be here.

I was operating the computer displaying the words.
It is possible to operate the computer whilst holding your Christingle, but it isn't possible to take a photo at the same time, so here is Abi holding my Christingle in her right hand, and her own in her left, with the light of the christmas tree in the distance.
Gorgeous - it reminds me though of when my mum was still teaching infants - she lived in fear of them setting fire to each other's hair as they paraded in - they never did becasue she was always hopin gup and down telling them to keep a space!! I suspevt she finds it much more peaceful now she's not in charge!
