Problems Uploading a video...

I have been trying to upload a youtube viideo but it does not seem to work no matter what I do. I have tried in Safari then I switched to Google Crome but still no luck it just keeps coming up with Could not fetch URL?

Am am doing something wrong or is there a problem with the site?

You should be giving the uploader the link to the video in the correct form:
eg. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQCwBZIB4mQ

I haven't done it lately, but I use FireFox.

And not sure how you are doing, but I went through same frustration, but figured out I was using the YouTube "copy link". I thought this was the url I was to use. I then realized I was to copy the actual url that is in your browser (on the top left of the screen. When I copied that url in, I was able to upload my videos.

I even tried removing the s ... http://www.youtube...... After much frustration ......hoping the issue can be resolved

Hi if the video is private it definitely will not work, I can guarantee that, if you still have trouble with a public video that would be another matter, but the privacy is definitely the problem here

Ok, I've found the problem and have fixed it, you should be able to upload public youtube videos again now.
