Today Miranda competed in the basketball shoot out...she had to shoot and make as many baskets as she could in 45 seconds...she made more than anyone in her grade (for the girls) and won first place!! It was funny because at first she didn't want to go...she said she was too tired because she had played a game this morning. I knew once she went though she would have fun...she loves basketball and is very competitive!! She also came in second place in the obstacle course--she had to do a series of shooting events and try to have the fastest time...she lost by 1 second!!! I am so proud of her!! I decided to do a collage because I liked the action shot, but I also wanted to have the picture of her with her trophy!! :) I can tell how proud/excited she is by her expression...
Treasure these moments: the smile...the success...and more importantly just spending this time together. Thank you for sharing your daughter with us! :)
