One of the stops while we were at the Cape was the Nauset Lighthouse and Nauset Light Beach. The beach is on the ocean side so the water was a little cold and the waves were a little big for our 17 month old son (although, he showed no signs of caring on either account), so we mostly walked the beach and watched him throw sand into tidal pools. Who knew that chucking sand into water could be the funniest thing ever?!
This is Nauset Lighthouse. Originally built in 1887, it was moved to this location in 1923. If you eat Cape Cod potato chips, you may recognize it as it is featured on their bags.
