I am starting to understand how guys cannot tell the difference between all of our black shoes. My son has a set of construction vehicles, and I always confuse them. I am good on dump truck and steam roller, but the identifications start to get a little fuzzy when you get into backhoes, pay loaders and excavators. Forget it when I am driving around and he sees them! I seriously have been studying his truck picture book in an attempt to get them right.
LOL - isn't it funny how boys seem to pick that up and master it at such a young age? I don't mean to condone/exaggerate gender stereotypes, but I have seen it with my nephews and my sons and it just seems like they're wired for it!
lol)))) so funny and so true)))) love your comparison to boys' understanding of shoes..))
you're already a clever Mom taught by your son, i only know an excavator)))))))))
LOL.....same thing with tractors. I call them all tractors, but my husband, who grew up on a farm, has to always correct me on the technical name for each one!
Sooo true! My boys name kinds of cars as we pass them on the road or compare different wheels?!? How, I have no idea! I couldn't tell you what our wheels looked like if my life depended on it! :-P
Those are nice...I wish I had a set of them. It's like those tours we talked about before...I give the tour and point out the vehicles, but I could never tell them what they were. LOL Ummm.yes, that's an earth mover (don't they almost all move earth?
