Supper's Ready

We did a chicken for the first time on our ceramic grill (called a Green Egg). The collage is of my husband and son. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Would love for ALL of you to join us. Wouldn't that be fun!

Jack always refers to a chicken prepared like this as a naked chicken (not a compliment to the poor chicken). We also prefer our chicken fried and crispy.
