Yeah, if I could get that 100# a/c unit from my garage into the dining room, it would be running right now. Instead it's closed windows and blinds during the day, open it up at night to try and cool it down.
@amandal thanks! you know...I'm not really sure I've ever seen kids actually running through the water from a hydrant. In fact, this sight was rare. Usually the city/fire depts. don't like wasting water like this. Would've been neat to catch some kids though.
@adamj I was surprised that the water was spraying like a sprinkler too. I was kind of mesmerized by it and could've gotten run over by a cab crossing the street to take a pic. Whoops.
