Canna Lily Leaves

The Canna Lily leaves looked very attractive with sun behind them in our local park.

When we first saw the Lilies years ago, we were reminded of a Science Fiction story by John Wyndham, The Day of the Triffids. These were plants that could walk and the description in the book reminds me of them.
