While wandering around Paris, I literally stumbled upon this fantastic canopy over the entrance to the metro at Chatelet. There are only two original surviving glass art nouveau metro covers in the city, one of which I posted earlier in the year ( http://365project.org/fishers/365/2014-06-03 ). The canopy in today's picture is actually a copy of the one that was originally in place at Chatelet. The station was rebuilt according to the original moulds used by Guimard in the year 2000. I think they're a lovely feature and it would be great to see all of them replaced one day!
