There were several displays at the Haxby and Wigginton scarecrow festival which featured King Charles and his coronation, including three along the high street. This one, just inside a shop, was the one I liked most, and it seemed appropriate for the day Charles is being crowned king.

The scarecrow festival was great fun. It was just a shame that we couldn't do a longer trail and see more. There were a lot of very creative ideas and a lot of hard work had gone into the displays.
The coronation was a popular theme, so as Babs ( @onewing ) said, we got a cut price coronation - and we got to see it a week earlier than the rest of the world who waited for the real thing.
