Jabiru (or, really, Black-necked Stork)

We call them Jabirus - easier to get our tongues around, I think. They are shy and only visit us once a year for a few weeks. I consider myself lucky when I nab a shot of this beautiful bird.
I was inspired to post this when I saw @judithdeacon had posted one of a juvenile Jabiru from Far North Queensland. Quite different colourings once they mature.

It's quite intriguing the change as they mature. Loving seeing the marvellous bird life up here but looking forward to a slightly less humid climate!
