Interesting place to put a sculpture- but the unexpectedness of it makes it a pleasant surprise. I wonder if the life jackets ever get "borrowed" by other swimmers.

I think the children are in the water due to the lake being flooded this season.
I am not sure if the life jackets are always on them.
