We went to a new vegan place for a late breakfast and was it ever good.
Chickpea omelette and this cup of non caffeinated tea with charcoal and gold stars on top.
We were impressed.

I am deciding how to go back to Ottawa... don't really want to drive alone or come back here in the middle of winter, but flying is not too appealing... I had a nap about 9:30 or so and woke up...
I know what you mean about the travel across Canada. I love the driving, and would enjoy doing it alone.
But that is just me ... I enjoy solitude and driving. The hotel bills would be a killer though.
I absolutely hate flying and find most people get sick after their flight at the best of times. So, this Covid thing really puts a damper on what I find to be unpleasant at the best of times.
Look into the train. I'm not sure if it goes all the way across Canada anymore but you may be able to do a train / bus combination.

This little place had tables far away and we were outside...a lot of rules in place
